Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India has announced the formation of Ram Janmabhoomi Trust, 

The Union home ministery has issued notification detailing the trust details. The 'Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra' is a trust with R-2-,Greater Kailash, New Delhi address,. It is the residence of Former Attorney General, K Parasaran. He is the lead counsel for the Hindus in the Title Dispute Case.

The government has announced that the body will have the 4 shankaracharyas, nirmohi akhada member, ayodhya locals, dalit community leader, five nominated members and trustees.

  • Padma Vibushan K Parasaran, called fondly as the Pitamaha by the Indian Bar Association started practising in supreme court in 1958. He was emotionally attached to the title dispute case.
  • Vimlendu Mohan Pratap Mishra comes from the Ayodhya Royal Family.
  • Dr Anil Mishra from Ayodhya is the registrar of the Homeopathy Medicine Board of Uttar Pradesh. Originally a resident of Ambedkar Nagar, he was instrumental in the Ram Mandir movement in 1992 along with former MP Vinay Katiyar.
  • Kameshwar Chaupal, who laid the first brick of Ram temple in 1989.
  • Mahant Dhirendra Das heads the Nirmohi Akhara. They have been worshipping Sri Ram for seven centuries now.
  • Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswatiji Maharaj, Prayagraj,  Jagatguru Madhwacharya Swami Vishwa Prasannathirthaji Maharaj, Pejawar Math, Udupi, Paramanand Ji Maharaj, Haridwar& Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj, Pune,

The government will nominate a serving member of the IAS&another to be nominated by state government.  District Magistrate of Ayodhya is ex-officio trustee. The Trust will also select the Chairman for administration development of Ram Temple complex.

The Union cabinet will be transferring the 67.703-acre land to the trust.  Uttar Pradesh government is giving five acres of land to the Sunni Wakf Board 18 kms from district headquarters. The Prime Minister said that the trust will be independent in taking every decision related to the temple.
