Inclusive Development in Andhra Pradesh gets stalled

The Three capitals bill of YSR Government has got stalled in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council with chairman delaying it for 4 months. There is no guarantee that the bill will be passed later as well on technical grounds. So for now, all the hard work done by Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy & his team has gone wasted.

Uttarandhra region is very backward. There are more than 15 lakh migrants from Uttarandhra doing menial skilled/unskilled jobs across Orissa,Hyderabad&Andhra Pradesh. During Sankranti, they all go back. They are farmers but doing menial jobs now. Jagan is trying to get Uttarandhra Sujala Sravanthi project on track which will ensure water regularly.

Rayalseema has Anantpur drought region. Factionism filled the bellies of people due to lack of adequate farming facilities. Seema which had golden times during Sri Krishna Devaraya time is now suffering lot of issues and requires water for agriculture. Lot of investment has been made continuously in just coastal districts resulting in these areas always in decline.

3 Capitals could have given huge fillup to the backward regions but has been stalled by TDP in council.
