Balochistan Independence

Balochistan gained independenc in 1947 from British. It had opition to remain free or join India or Pakistan. It didnt initially want to join India but later when it wanted to join, Nehru rejected the request of Balochistan. It remained independent for 7 months and then pakistan sent its army in 1948 to annex it.
Balochs constitute 52% of population. Known history shows that Kushans held sway in Balochistan region. Later it came under Caliphs. Atlee had given choice of independence to all the 565 princely states. While Majority of Balochs want autonomy, its not clear how many want secession from Pakistan. The BALOCH National army organize under BRAS currently wants complete independendence from pakistan.
Balochistan landmass constitutes 44% of entire land area of Balochistan. It has lowest literacy rate, highest poverty rate and infant morality rate. Balochistan wants Independence from Pakistan's control.
Baloch Army is regularly annexing some area from Pakistan which is retaliating militarily. Pakistan accuses Modi government of trying to promote insurgency in the state.
